Hyrox training at OG Training Collective is built for people who want to improve endurance, strength, and work capacity through purposeful, performance-focused sessions. Whether you are preparing for your first event or aiming to improve your race time, our program helps you train with structure and intent.
Hyrox combines running with functional workout stations, demanding both engine and strength under fatigue. Our coaching and programming help you develop the pacing, movement efficiency, and resilience needed to handle each section of the race while continuing to improve your overall fitness.
As a CrossFit gym and personal training gym in Ocean Grove, we support members from Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads, Wallington, Marcus Hill, Connewarre, and Point Lonsdale who want goal-oriented training.
