Fundamentals at OG Training Collective is the ideal starting point for anyone new to CrossFit or returning to training after time away. In a supportive, coach-led setting, you will learn the foundational movements, terminology, and structure used in our CrossFit classes so you can train safely and confidently.


This program focuses on movement quality first. You will be introduced to essential lifts, bodyweight exercises, and conditioning basics while our coaching team helps you understand proper form, scaling options, and workout flow. That means less guesswork and more confidence every time you walk into the gym.
