Program Description
CrossFit Youth at OG Training Collective is designed to help young athletes and active kids develop fitness in a positive, age-appropriate setting. Through fun, engaging sessions, participants build strength, coordination, balance, and body awareness while learning how to move well and enjoy being active.
Our coaches create a supportive environment that focuses on encouragement, skill development, and teamwork. Rather than chasing intensity, CrossFit Youth prioritises safe movement, confidence, and a strong foundation that can support sports performance, general fitness, and long-term health.
Families from Ocean Grove, Wallington, Barwon Heads, Marcus Hill, Connewarre, and Point Lonsdale choose our CrossFit gym because we make training approachable and enjoyable for younger members.
